Freechat Account Termination Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "You") and the Freechat platform ("Platform" or "We"), and is legally binding. By submitting a request to terminate your account, you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Termination Request

1.1 You may submit a request to terminate your account through the account termination feature within the Freechat application or by contacting customer support.

1.2 Upon receiving your termination request, the Platform will process your request within 30 business days.

2. Deletion of User Content

2.1 Upon successful termination of your account, all content you have posted on the Freechat platform, including but not limited to posts, comments, images, videos, and other user-generated content, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

2.2 The Platform reserves the right to back up your content prior to account termination but only for legal and regulatory purposes.

3. Clearing of In-App Assets

3.1 All assets within the Freechat application, including but not limited to USDT, FCC, points, virtual items, etc., will be cleared upon successful termination of the account.

3.2 Any unused virtual currency or points are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for legal currency, and non-transferable to third parties.

4. Irreversibility

4.1 Once your account is successfully terminated, the action is irreversible. You will not be able to restore your account or any associated content and assets.

5. Legal Liability

5.1 User conduct on the Freechat platform prior to account termination must comply with the Platform's Terms of Service and Usage Agreement. Account termination does not absolve the User of any legal liability incurred on the Platform.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the User for any actions related to the account termination, within the limits of applicable law.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

6.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may bring the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the state where the Platform is located.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the termination of your account and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements, statements, or understandings.

7.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this Agreement, and consent to the termination of your Freechat account accordingly.
