Risky accounts

Freechat's risk account is a wind control measure for Freechat, which aims to prevent users from interfering with Freechat's operation by creating multiple accounts, such as cheating, multiple accounts, fraud, advertising and other irregularities in handling.

Risk accounts do not interfere with users' normal use of Freechat's basic functions, such as social networking, but will restrict the use of some functions, such as transferring, depositing, withdrawing cash, group applications, etc.

If wind control rules are triggered, users can remove the risk control measures by themselves by appealing and submitting relevant evidence and explanations.

1.Wind control rules

a.Create multiple accounts to use Freechat

When a single device creates multiple accounts, it will trigger wind control measures and will be restricted from use.

b.Malicious cheating account

When users try to use multiple devices, group control devices to use Freechat will be restricted.

c.Malicious users

When a user tries to damage Freechat, the use will be restricted.

d.Abuse Freechat

When users misuse Freechat, such as advertising, bad behavior (harassing others, posting malicious content, etc.), they will become a risky user.

2.Release wind control measures

When a user becomes a risky user, he/she can submit relevant evidence and explanation and appeal through the appeal function, and then the wind control can be lifted after passing the audit.
