Freechat does not save or record any user account data through the server, relying entirely on the blockchain network for identity verification and interaction.
Users need to keep their own seed words and private key properly and be aware of network security to prevent loss of assets and data due to theft of seed words and private keys.
Can Freechat help me retrieve my seed phrases and private keys?
Freechat cannot help you to retrieve your seed phrase and private key, you need to take good care of your seed phrase and private key, if you lose it, you will lose control of your account and assets permanently.
How do I keep my seed phrases and private keys safe?
Please keep the information of the seed phrases, such as pictures and text, in safe places, such as writing them in a diary, saving them via a portable hard drive, or saving them as encrypted files to cloud storage.
Risky Users
Please follow Freechat's community norms and codes or you will become a risky user. When you become a risky user, you will be subject to certain restrictions, which include the following measures:
No access to the wallet feature
No use of the transfer feature (chat transfers)
Cannot use the Red Envolop function (getting and sending red envelopes)
Cannot use the group chat function (creating groups, joining groups, chatting in groups)
Cannot use group applications
Cannot use group square (such as posting, commenting, etc.)
Can I use seed phrases in other Web 3.0 applications?
Your seed phrases can be used in Freechat and any other services supporting Web 3.0. Since Freechat is built on the Web 3.0 blockchain network, your assets can be seamlessly used in any blockchain network service.
